Equipped with a WauWau stainless steel chili grinding mechanism, this sphere grinds dried (whole) chili peppers into fine flakes, seeds included. It is operated by turning the solid, brushed brass crank. Chili is generally rather spicy, but this allows for precise control of the chili dosage. The filling opening is on the side, practical to operate, and can be closed with a solid brass lid.
