Shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat delivery fee of €10 per order: €20 (including 20% VAT) within the EU and €24 (including 20% VAT) outside the EU. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again upon completion of your purchase.
www.wauwau-shop.com accepts international and domestic orders. Minimum shipment amount is 5€ for EU customers and 10€ for all other destinations. Below this amount we cannot handle the requests. For orders less than this amount, delivery charges apply according to destination. In Europe we deliver in most countries by Austrian Post AG or Priority. Delivery to Russian customers is not possible at the time by Post Priority. Shipment to Oversea and Non-EU customers usually by Austrian Post AG. Delivery lead times: vary on destination and are estimated according to the service offer of the transport provider. Lead times: please refer to the table below. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days. Delivery times may be a little longer during public holidays and during absence from our store for business trips. If we close the store for vacation, we will not miss to inform our customers. Orders received within 0:00 pm we aim to post the following day within 2:00 pm day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday.
