We manufacture the grinding mechanisms for our mills ourselves in our own workshop. We use stainless steel, as this material guarantees not only cutting efficiency but also durability. Pepper grinders are usually designed to be turned clockwise, which is optimized for right-handed users.
Optimizing for left-handers would mean that the grinder would have to be left-handed - and that's exactly what we designed and implemented: a grinder for left-handers!
