When ground by hand, the coffee bean can develop its aroma particularly well. This is because the stainless steel conical burr grinder does not rotate as quickly as a flat burr grinder - this means the powder does not heat up and retains more flavor. And freshly grinding is also fun!
The Metro coffee grinder is light and slim, making it practical to hold and operate. The stainless steel grinding mechanism is ball-bearing mounted and can be precisely adjusted to the desired grind size using a fine adjustment screw. Either very fine for the portafilter machine, or for the Bialetti, French Press or even filter coffee - it all depends on the grind size set for the chosen brewing method.
